PVT Film Club is dedicated to providing aspiring actors with opportunities to showcase their talent. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for submitting audition videos and the subsequent selection process. By participating in our auditions, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Submission of Audition Videos

• Video Content: Your audition video should showcase your acting skills, following any specific instructions provided for the audition. Ensure that the video is clear, audible, and of good quality.
• Submission Method: Submit your audition video through the designated platform or method specified by PVT Film Club. This may include email submissions, uploads to a specified site, or other methods as communicated.
• Personal Information: Along with your audition video, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, contact details, and any other relevant information. Ensure that all information is accurate and complete.

2. Review and Selection Process

• Review: All submitted audition videos will be reviewed by our team. We will evaluate your performance based on various criteria, including acting skills, suitability for the role, and overall presentation.
• Shortlisting: After the initial review, shortlisted candidates will have their audition videos shared with the production house and the movie director team for further consideration.

3. Notification of Selection

• Official Communication: If you are successfully selected for a role after the audition process, you will receive an official call or message from the production house or the director team via WhatsApp.
• Further Instructions: The official communication will include further instructions regarding the next steps, including potential callbacks, meetings, or additional requirements.

4. Terms and Conditions

• No Guarantees: Submission of an audition video does not guarantee selection for a role. The selection process is competitive, and only a limited number of candidates will be chosen.
• Confidentiality: All audition videos and related personal information will be handled with confidentiality. We will not share your information with any third parties other than the production house and director team involved in the selection process.
• Intellectual Property: By submitting your audition video, you grant PVT Film Club the right to use, share, and distribute the video solely for the purpose of the audition and selection process. You retain all other rights to your content.
