1. Cancellations by Members
- Service Subscriptions: Members may choose to cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, please note that cancellations will not result in a refund. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Event Participation: For cancellations of event participation, such as workshops or auditions, you must notify us as soon as possible. Despite cancellation, no refunds will be issued due to the digital nature of our services.
2. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: PVT Film Club does not provide refunds for any services, subscriptions, or event participation fees. This policy is in place because our auditions and services are delivered digitally, and access to the content and resources is provided immediately upon purchase.
3. Cancellations by PVT Film Club
- Event Changes: PVT Film Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling. However, no refunds will be provided.
- Service Disruptions: In the event of service disruptions that prevent access to our digital services, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will not be provided, but we may extend access or provide other accommodations at our discretion.
